Wilder Townhouse opens its doors for Culture Night

THE Wilder Townhouse will be welcoming the public to explore their residents’ only Victorian Townhouse exclusively on Culture Night.

The Wilder Townhouse, one of Dublin’s finest resident’s only Townhouses is opening its doors to the public for one night only, on Culture Night (September 18) to allow the public to experience and absorb all of its Victorian splendor and rich history.

Once a home for Governesses, this Victorian home was part of the 1839 Dublin city centre landscape and boasts a rich history as well as some excellent examples of Victorian architecture.

Now, The Wilder Townhouse which offers a luxurious experience for every guest coming through its welcoming doors. The townhouse is nestled in beautifully manicured gardens, close to the famous Iveagh Gardens and nearby St. Stephen’s Green.

Culture Night 2020 will see The Wilder invite the public to exclusively explore the Townhouse. The evening will consist of guided tours of the Victorian Building, including captivating stories of those who once walked the halls of the now luxurious townhouse. The tour will also finish with a taste of one of their cocktail creations in the Townhouses’ exclusive Gin Bar.

Tours are free of charge but by appointment only and spaces are limited, so please book your place by emailing stay@thewilder.ie.

Tours will be from 5pm until 8pm with six people per tour to ensure social distancing. Please ensure face masks are worn throughout.
