Tina is hoping the local community will back her quest to become Ms Ireland

FORMER Assets model and founder of the Variety Show Group in Ireland, Tina Nwachukwu, is hoping for support from the local community in her quest to become Ms Ireland.

Also known as Bessing Win, Tina came to Ireland in 2001 from Nigeria and within three years had set up the Variety show Group, which began as a talent show for children and youths from the Mulhuddart area.

Tina didn’t have the opportunity of doing what she likes best because of financial difficulties in Nigeria, but in Ireland she’s been a force behind the non-profit Variety Show Group.

The variety group supports children and teenagers of all ages from various social backgrounds, and is backed by Fingal County Council and supported by Mulhuddart Community Centre.

Tina, who is the mother of three wonderful children, is the current Ireland Pageants Ms Blanchardstown and is looking forward to becoming Ms Ireland 2016.

The final will be held at the Carlton Hotel-Dublin Airport on
November 14 and Tina’s supporters are hoping the local community in Dublin 15 will get behind her on the night.
