Local Enterprise Week 2025 launches in Fingal
Padraig Conlon 04 Feb 2025Fingal Local Enterprise Office (LEO) has announced the launch of Local Enterprise Week 2025, a vibrant series of business events set to take place from Monday, 3rd March to Friday, 7th March 2025.
This week-long celebration will offer a wide range of business activities designed to support and inspire local entrepreneurs.
Business owners and start-ups in Fingal will have valuable opportunities to access expert-led sessions, network with peers, and participate in workshops covering essential topics such as sustainability, digital transformation, competitiveness and business growth.
Throughout the week, several key events will provide local businesses with valuable insights and networking opportunities.
On Monday, 3rd March, the week kicks off with the Fingal Start-Up Bootcamp offering aspiring entrepreneurs practical training and expert advice, led by Noel Davidson of Entrepreneurs Academy.
Also that morning, a workshop on Transforming Your Business with Lean, Green & Digital will explore strategies for integrating sustainable and digital practices to foster growth.
Also on Monday, an exciting Networking event with Balbriggan Chamber is scheduled to take place.
On Tuesday, 4th March, businesses will gain the tools and knowledge needed to expand into international markets at the Breaking Boundaries: A Guide to Exporting Success session.
The evening will culminate with the Fingal Enterprise Awards ceremony, where each of the six finalists will be introduced to pitch their businesses, with the overall winner of the competition announced.
Wednesday, 5th March will feature Speed Networking with Fingal Chamber, followed by the Fingal Digital Boost: LEO’s Digital Toolkit for Success session, providing businesses with key digital tools to stay competitive.
In the afternoon, food producers from throughout the Dublin region will join the Meet the Food Entrepreneurs Who Beat the Odds event to hear inspiring stories from food industry entrepreneurs.
Grow your business with Google AI Tools is another interesting event taking place on Wednesday.
On Thursday, 6th March, the Fingal Enterprising Women Networking Lunch will celebrate International Women’s Day with guest speaker Dr. Sabina Brennan, who will share science-backed strategies to accelerate action in life and business. Later, the workshop on How to Gain Competitive Advantage in Your Business will offer actionable insights for staying ahead of the competition.
The week will conclude with the Fingal Business Supports Briefing on Friday, 7th March, where business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs can learn about available grants and support programs.
The Pitch Perfect: Battle of the Start-Ups competition will also take place on Friday, with T.U. Dublin, giving start-ups the chance to pitch their ideas to experts and win valuable business support.
