Update – Assault incident, Fairview Stand

The man, aged in his 20s, who was arrested in relation to an assault incident which occurred at Fairview Strand, on June 7 has been released without charge.

A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

This refers to the third arrest as part of this investigation.
