The controversial Abby Lee Miller from the hit TV show “Dance Moms” is enjoying a resurgence of fame as Dance Moms goes viral with over 18 billion views, 12 years after the show first hit our screens.

While the show hasn’t produced any new episodes since 2019 there are rumours of a potential ninth season.

Following her appearance at the PERFORM Festival in Glasgow from 5th to 7th May, the Dance Moms diva will tour Ireland North and South with Meet& Greets, Dance Workshops and her evening with Abby Lee entitled “Abby Lee Spills The Tea”.

Abby has had a rough few years.

She has numerous health issues and has been bound to a wheelchair since losing her mobility five years ago.

Prior to her health battle, the Lifetime star was sentenced to 366 days in prison in 2017 after being convicted of bankruptcy fraud.

Despite these challenges, when she’s busy teaching or working, she says it all “kind of goes away.”

“Even though I’m paraplegic and I’m in the wheelchair, I am not letting it hold me back” says Abby.

She is taking her passion for dance on the road through teaching sold out classes across Ireland and holding evening shows in Belfast, Cork and Dublin.

Abby will be honoured by UCD Musical Society on Friday May 19th where she will be presented with an honorary lifetime patronage of the Society.

That evening she will hold her Abby Lee Spills The Tea in the Astra Hall in the UCD Students Centre where she will dish all the gossip.

It’s a tell-all evening for her fans, Abby will spill what was real and what was fake, her time in jail, her struggles with her health and more.

Fans attending will also have the opportunity to meet the star and take photos with her.

“I’m so excited to be returning to the UK & Ireland, the talent I saw at the Perform Festival in 2021 in Dublin was pyramid topping!” she explains.

“I am always excited to see up and coming dancers because you never know what projects might be just around the corner.”

More details about Abby’s tour and tickets can be found on the Perform Festival website performfestival.com.
