Major water upgrade works for Blanchardstown area

Dale Greenwood 27 Oct 2020

Irish Water, working in partnership with Fingal County Council, is progressing with water network upgrade works on the Cruiserath Road in Blanchardstown.

While these essential works are underway customers may be impacted by disruption to their water supply from 10am until 4pm on Thursday, October 29 as a new connection to the water network is facilitated.

Customers in the following areas may be impacted by low water pressure and water outages while the works are carried out; College Business and Technology Park; ITB College and Campus; Cruiserath and surrounding areas. The works are being delivered by David Walsh Civil Engineering on behalf of Irish. Following the completion of the works it may take 1-2 hours for normal water supply to resume as water refills the network.

The customer care helpline is open 24/7 on 1850 278 278 and customers can also contact us on Twitter @IWCare with any queries. For updates please visit the Water Supply Updates section of the Irish Water website.
