Padraig Conlon 04 Nov 2026
Applications for 42 new Cost Rental two-bed apartments in Exchange Square, Seven Mills, Dublin 22, opened at 9am today and will remain open for two weeks.
Interested applicants will be able to apply to rent one of the 42 brand new, A-rated apartments at a cost of €1,685 per month.
This represents a saving of at least 25% on the market rent for a similar home in the area. In addition to the low cost to run these brand-new homes, Cost Rental residents will also benefit from secure, life-long tenancies and high-quality, responsive management and maintenance.
Averil Power, Chief Executive Officer, Clúid, commented: “At Clúid we’re well aware of the difficulties facing those trying to find a secure, good value home in the private rental sector.
“We’re therefore delighted to open applications for these high-quality two-bed apartments.
“With rents at least 25% below the market rent, this is a great opportunity for households to enjoy a secure, long-term tenancy in a brand new, high-quality, mixed-tenure development, at the heart of the new town of Seven Mills and close to Dublin city.
“We are expecting high demand for these homes, due to the high quality, excellent location and reduced rents.
“We’re urging interested applicants to familiarise themselves with the eligibility requirements and to complete their applications on www.cluid.ie as soon as possible.
“Applicants will need to submit all their documentation online before 5pm on Wednesday 18 November to be included in the lottery.”
