Respond opens applications for new Cost Rental homes at Lisieux Park
Padraig Conlon 28 Oct 2025Respond, an Approved Housing Body and service provider, has opened applications for 70 new Cost Rental homes at Lisieux Park in Sandyford.
The new homes form part of a wider 203 homes mixed tenure development, designed to provide high-quality, secure and affordable housing for individuals and families who earn up to €66,000 (net) per annum and are priced out of the private rental market.
The Cost Rental homes comprise:
- 1 studio apartment: €1,183.00
- 1 one-bed apartment: €1,365.00
- 33 two-bed apartments: €1,544.00
- 5 three-bed apartments: €1,591.00
In a statement, Respond said:
“Rents are set at least 25% below market rates, providing long term affordability and security of tenure. Applications can now be submitted via www.respond.ie/cost-rental.
“Located at the foot of the Dublin mountains, Lisieux Park offers tenants the best of both worlds excellent transport links to Dublin city centre and a strong local community.
“Lisieux Park has been designed with tenants’ quality of life and community at its core.
“Each A-rated home features modern, energy efficient design and appliances, with underground parking available and access to landscaped courtyards and shared open spaces.
“Respond’s on-site support team, including a Tenant Relations Officer, Community Support Worker, and Building Supervisor, will ensure a smooth move-in process and help nurture a strong sense of community from day one. Respond received a 95% rating in our Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2024.”
