Gardaí arrest one juvenile male in connection with spate of Tallaght robberies

Gardaí have arrested and charged a juvenile male in connection with a number of incidents of robbery and assault in the Tallaght area.

In a statement, a Garda spokesperson said that these incidents range from May 2022 to February 2023.

“The juvenile male, aged in his teens, was arrested on Monday, 6th March 2023 and detained under provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act at Tallaght Garda Station,” the spokesperson said.

“He has since been charged and is scheduled to appear before District Court Number 55, Smithfield, Co. Dublin, this morning, 7th March 2023.”

Investigations are ongoing.
