Gardaí charge four males in relation to ramming incident in Cherry Orchard

Gardaí investigating the endangerment of Gardaí and related incidents in the Cherry Orchard area on Monday, September 19 have charged three of the four male juveniles that were arrested yesterday morning, Monday, October 3.

In a statement, a Garda spokesperson said: “Three of the male juveniles have been charged and are due to appear before Dublin Children’s Court, Court number 55 this morning Tuesday, October 4 at 10.30a.m.

“The fourth male juvenile has been referred to the Juvenile Youth Diversion Programme, in accordance with the Children’s Act, 2001.”
