Padraig Conlon 20 Jan 2021

Irish Water is working with Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council today to carry out essential work on the network at the junction of Fluerville Road and Newtown Park Avenue  in line with Covid-19 protocols.

Irish Water in collaboration with local authorities in the Greater Dublin Area has reconfigured the network to ensure continuity of supply to almost all properties, however some may experience lower than normal water pressure.

Once the essential works are completed this evening, normal water supply will be restored to any impacted properties.

Properties in the following areas may be impacted by disruption to their supply, mainly lower pressure, while these works are underway; Blackrock; Frascati; Monkstown; Carrickbrennan; Stradbrook; Cumberland and surrounding areas.

Irish Water customer care helpline is open 24/7 on 1850 278 278 and customers can also contact them on Twitter @IWCare with any queries.

For updates please see the water supply and services section of their website.
