Deansgrange dog lover goes walkies for animal charity

Readers might remember last month we ran a story about Paul Smith, from Deansgrange who was getting ready to do a charity walk dressed as a dog.

He was planning to walk 40km from his home in Deansgrange to Finglas in aid of Dogs Trust Ireland dressed as a cuddly canine.

However, due to the introduction of Level 5 restrictions Paul had to change his plans and instead do the 40km within a 5km radius of his home.

However, stricter Covid-19 restrictions can’t keep a good man down and Paul completed his epic walk and raised €900 for the charity close to his heart.
