Tallaght’s Kerri to be a blushing Bride Ambassador for RDS show

KERRI Ward, from Tallaght, has been named as one of four national Bride Ambassadors for the forthcoming Bride of the Year Show, which is returning to the RDS this weekend.

Following a nationwide search by the event organisers, in partnership with Weddings Online, the Bride of the Year Show will feature Kerri and a bridal panel of four ‘Real Brides’ who will discuss their own experiences of planning their big day.

Kerri’s big day was in October 2019 when she married Peter at the beautiful Boyne Hill House.

Based on her real-life experience, Kerri will be joining three other Bride Ambassadors from across Ireland to give advice, provide tips and potential watch-outs for brides and grooms-to-be during several panel discussions which are taking part across on January 25 and 26.

 Taking the stress out of wedding planning, the Bride of the Year show is set to host hundreds of exhibitors and wedding specialists under one roof so that brides and grooms-to-be can research, sample and book everything needed for their big day in one place.

As the ultimate destination for brides and grooms currently planning their dream wedding, this is the first year that the show will provide a platform to brides who have gone through the planning process and will be on hand to give advice to newly engaged couples.

Speaking of her role, Kerri, Bride Ambassador for the Bride of the Year show, said: “I really enjoyed my whole wedding planning experience, but I also learnt a lot of valuable lessons along the way that I wish someone had made me aware of before or even during my journey.

“I am delighted and privileged to be named as a Bride Ambassador for Bride of the Year Show. I’m looking forward to the event when I can relive one of the most magical days of my life and also share some real life knowledge on the wedding do’s and don’ts that I’ve learnt from my experience in planning my big day.”
