A new 202-room hotel has opened in the heart of Dublin’s Liberties.

Featuring sweeping views of the city from its WXYZ Bar & Terrace, Aloft Hotels say their latest addition is ready to play host to the next generation of travellers.
“Aloft Hotels are delighted to announce the official arrival of Dublin’s newest creative hotel experience in the thriving area of Dublin 8,” they said in a statement.
The recently built hotel from Marriott International’s future-focused brand, Aloft, features 202 urban-inspired rooms, tasty food options to refuel, a re-charge fitness space, and a sweeping view of Dublin and the Wicklow Mountains from their 7th floor open terrace.
Guests will have access to an in room ‘menu’ where they can pick a package such as ‘hangover special’. They can WhatsApp the emoji that represents this package to the front desk who will deliver the tailored bundle.
The hotel captures the beat of the energetic Liberties with an ebb and flow of creativity and fun throughout its dining selection.
Speaking about the official launch of Aloft, Niall Geoghegan, co-owner and Director of Pembroke Hospitality, said: “We delighted to have opened the doors to the first Aloft Hotel in Ireland, and in one of the most historic parts of Dublin, the Liberties.
“In recent years, the Liberties have become one of the fastest growing areas of the city.”
