Making the Southside a brighter place
Dublin People 24 Mar 2018
ARTISTS and members of the public are being given a chance to express their creativity in public.

The Dublin Canvas project is a public art platform intended to bring flashes of colour and creativity to everyday objects across the Southside.
With the tag line ‘Less grey, more play’, unused public spaces are transformed into to help brighten up the area, making the Southside a more attractive place to live, work and visit.
Some 223 traffic light control boxes have been painted over the last three years within the Dublin City Council area.
Now it has been expanded to South Dublin County Council and Dublin Canvas is offering local artists and community groups the opportunity to have their work displayed in prime locations.
