Gardaí seek witnesses to fatal collision in Stillorgan

GARDAÍ have renewed their appeal for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision in Stillorgan on Saturday, March 25.

The collision occurred on the Old Dublin Road at approximately 4.10pm. A 91-year-old female pedestrian received serious injuries when she was struck by a beige-coloured Saab outside the Asian Market.

The injured woman was taken to Saint Vincent’s University Hospital where she later passed away.  

Investigating gardaí are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information, particularly those who were in the vicinity of the collision between 4pm and 4.30pm, to contact them at Blackrock Garda Station on 01-6665200, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
