Draft Masterplan for the Old School House lands at Clonsilla

Fingal County Council has prepared a Draft Masterplan for the Old School House lands at Clonsilla.

According to the council, the vision for the Old School House Masterplan is to provide for the sustainable development of the lands having regard to their unique local setting.

The restoration and active re-use of the Old School House building and the delivery of the Royal Canal Urban Greenway is supported as part of the overall development of the residentially zoned Masterplan lands.

The Draft Old School House Masterplan documents are available to view at FCC offices at Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 and County Hall, Main Street, Swords, (during normal office opening hours, Monday to Thursday 9.00a.m. – 5.00p.m. and Friday 9.00a.m.- 4.30p.m.) between Monday 30th June 2025 and Monday 28th July 2025 and on the County Council’s online portal: https://consult.fingal.ie/en/browse

FCC will also hold a public information event at Blanchardstown Library, Blanchardstown Civic Centre, Blanchardstown Centre, Dublin 15 on Wednesday 9th July June 2025, between 4.00 p.m. – 7.00 p.m.

All members of the public and other interested groups are welcome to attend this event, where they can view the content of the Draft Old School House Masterplan.
