‘The Guards: Inside the K’ – the war on drugs

Viewers can expect more hard-hitting television this Wednesday when the second episode of ‘The Guards: Inside the K’ airs on Virgin Media One at 9pm.

The second episode will focus on gardaí’s daily battle with those involved in the illegal drugs trade and the devasting impact it has on local communities.

The programme will also highlight the links between so-called casual drug use and serious criminality.
