Nadines a top talent

TALENTED local hairdresser Nadine Walshe from House of Colour in Finglas was crowned 2015 Bronze Young Talent Winner at the Wella Professionals TrendVision Awards Final last week.

Nadine, who works at House of Colour in Charlestown, was presented with what is one of the highest hairdressing accolades in Ireland on Monday, October 5, during the prestigious annual hairdressing competitions.

Nadine competed against hundreds of stylists from across Ireland at the Irish heat of the competition earlier this year, securing her position at the UK & Ireland Final, which was held at the prestigious Roundhouse in London’s Camden.

The UK & Ireland Final saw her compete against the most talented hairdressers to be crowned the Irish Bronze winner.

The next step for Nadine is to take an amazing mentoring programme provided by Wella, where she will learn from top international creative director, Leonardo Rizzo from Sanrizz.

“The awards encourage creativity and help discover the next big thing in the industry,” Sinead O’Sullivan, Education and Events Manager, Wella Ireland said.
