Beaumont Hospital invites Expression of Interest for car parking facilities

Beaumont Hospital invites Expressions of Interest for the provision of off-site car parking facilities in close proximity to the Hospital campus.

Beaumont Hospital provides acute care to a population of over 500,000 people and is home to Centres of Excellence in Neuroscience, Cancer and Renal Transplantation. Given its location in an established suburban environment with constrained circulation routes and a lack of physical space, the Hospital is now seeking to source off-site parking facilities within 5km of its main campus to support future development and ongoing patient care.

The Hospital intends to enter into a long-term commercial arrangement with an experienced service provider who can offer an appropriate off-site managed car parking solution to the hospital. Proposals may include:

· use of a pre-existing car parking facility

· car parking facilities under the terms of a managed service contract via redevelopment of a suitable property at the provider’s cost

Beaumont Hospital recognises that there may be a number of different possible solutions to this expression of interest. Therefore, this opportunity may be of interest to organisations specialising in a range of commercial fields, including:

· facilities management providers
