Raheny’s Fiona Stack takes second in Frank Duffy 10 Mile

Raheny Shamrock’s Fiona Stack, finished second in 61:40 at the Frank Duffy 10 Mile, the third in the Irish Life Dublin Race Series, on Saturday.

Stack is a regular top three finisher at this event, was followed home by Caroline Hassett.
For the second year-in-a-row, by Ulster’s Caitlyn Harvey in a new personal best time of race was won 59 minutes and 26 seconds.
Originally from Ballyshannon, Co Donegal said “I’ve been in the top three in this before but still haven’t got the win. Marathons are much more my thing.”
The next race in the series is the sold-out Irish Life Dublin Half Marathon, on Saturday 22nd of September.
A transfer window for entrants has been offered for the first time, which opened on Wednesday July 24 and will close on Saturday August 25.
This opportunity provides an additional chance for those who missed out initially to secure a spot in the highly anticipated half marathon.
