Witness appeal: Theft of refrigerated container & content, Turvey, Donabate

Gardaí in Swords say they are appealing for information in relation to the theft of a refrigerated container and its contents that occurred at the rear of a petrol station in Turvey, Donabate, on the morning of last Saturday, May 4.

At approximately 9am, the container which had meat products to the value of €150,000 was removed from the rear of the petrol station and attached to a Volvo truck cab.

It is believed that the truck and cab headed North of the country.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have information in relation to this incident to come forward.

Any person who may have witnessed any unusual activity in Turvey, Donabate on the morning of Saturday 4th May, 2024 is asked to contact Swords Garda Station on 01 666 4700, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.

Gardai say investigations are ongoing.
