Padraig Conlon 04 Dec 2020
Centred around the refurbishment and extension of the historic Clerys Building on O’Connell Street, Clerys Quarter will be a new retail, office and leisure destination at the heart of the city.

The new development is being created by Core Capital, Oakmount and Europa Capital and according to developers will “combine both traditional elements and modern concepts to create a new city centre destination that will regenerate Dublin’s landmark street.”
The development will be 8,600sq m (92,600sq ft) of new grade-A office space across two buildings, 5,575sq m (60,000sq ft) of prime retail, a 1,670sq m (18,000sq ft) panoramic rooftop restaurant, bar and events venue, five new food-and-beverage units, including the newly refurbished tea rooms, and a new 213-bedroom four-star hotel.
