Drugs seized at Dublin Airport

Drugs with an estimated street value of €367,000 were seized at Dublin Airport yesterday.

As part of ongoing investigations into drug trafficking, a joint operation was put in place involving the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and Revenue’s Customs Service.

The operation at Dublin Airport resulted in the seizure of approximately 734 kilos of Khat (analysis pending) with an estimated street value of €367,000 euro.

No arrests have been made to date and investigations are continuing.
