Officer board elected

FIANNA Fáil Dublin Bay North held its Annual General Meeting recently at Le Chéile Community Centre, Donnycarney.

The meeting was chaired by the Mayor of Fingal County Council, Cllr Eoghan O’Brien and was attended by over 70 members.

Mayor O’Brien noted the amount of young people elected on the new officer board and congratulated the incoming chairperson Aoibheann Mahon and secretary Cathal Haughey.

Sean Haughey TD, Cllr Deirdre Heney and Cllr Daryl Barron addressed the meeting, thanked the outgoing officer board and wished the incoming officer board the best of luck.

They highlighted the importance of the organisation being active in every community across the vast constituency.

The incoming officer board insisted the party needed to be election-ready and said the aim was for Deputy Sean Haughey and Cllr Deirdre Heney to win seats at the next general election.
