Families urged to attend Stardust meeting next week

A meeting for relatives of the Stardust nightclub victims will be held in the Dublin Skylon Hotel, Drumcondra, on Wednesday, July 4, at 7pm.

A solicitor acting on behalf of the Stardust Victims ‘Committee is currently finalising an application for a fresh inquest into the 1981 tragedy, which claimed the lives of 48 young people.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide families with an update on the latest stage of the campaign.

Antoinette Keegan of the Stardust Victims’ Committee wished to thank the staff and management of the Skylon Hotel for accommodating the event. She is hoping to spread word of the meeting to families who may not be on social media.
