VIDEO: Incredible footage of Raheny in the 1960s

THIS incredible footage from the 1960s will be cherished by anyone who grew up in Raheny.

Shot by firefighter and historian Leslie Crowe, founder of the Lorcan Film Unit, it provides a fascinating snapshot of life in this growing Northside community.

Of particular interest will be the official opening of Our Lady Mother of Divine Grace Church in the summer of 1962.
