SPORT: GAA team smiling following orthodontist’s sponsorship

The Fingallians GAA Under 14 Girls’ team had plenty to smile about recently when they received a set of new jerseys sponsored by Swords Orthodontics.

The Fins ladies are currently preparing to participate in the Féile Peil na nÓg competition in April and are still on a high after winning their championship in late  2016.

Liam Ó Culbáird of Fingallians presented a framed jersey to Dr Stephen Murray of Swords Orthodontics. 

“All voluntary groups, such as the GAA, depend on the support and generosity of local businesses,” said Mr Ó Culbáird.

“We are delighted to have the support of Swords Orthodontics. 

“Many of our members have been through the doors of Stephen’s practice and we have already been working together for a number of years. Long may it last.”

Dr Murray said: “This group were one of the 

first teams we sponsored a few years ago and 

everybody at the practice takes an interest in their progress. 

“Swords Orthodontics is delighted to be associated with a successful club such as Fingallians. 

“We wish the Under 14 girls well in the upcoming Féile competition and we hope the club, and indeed the county, has another successful year.”
