Clubs fare well in new initiative

BALDOYLE United were one of hundreds of football clubs across Ireland and Europe who took part in FARE fortnight which started recently.
Football Against Racism in Europe (FARE) is an awareness campaign that began on October 6 and runs until October 22.
From the grassroots and schools levels to national league, international and Champions League, across UEFA affiliates, action is taken against racism.
Baldoyle United hosted teams from Malahide United, Clonee United and St Columban’s for the event.
Players, coaches and referees showed racism the red card.
Meanwhile, Baldoyle United Football Club is running a Halloween football camp on Wednesday and Thursday, November 2 and 3. Visit www.baldoyleunited.com for more information.
