Man critical after Lusk shooting

GARDAÍ are at the scene of a shooting incident that occurred at Dun Emer Place, Lusk, this morning at 9.50am.

A man in his late 30s received gunshot injuries and has been removed to Beaumont Hospital were his condition is described as critical.

A Volkswagon Golf was seen leaving the area and was discovered burnt out at Kilhedge Lane, Lusk, a short time later.
