White Christmas at Dublin Airport
Dublin People 21 Oct 2015
With reports circulating that Ireland is set to record its coldest winter ever, BoyleSports are offering 7/2 that there will be snowfall at Dublin Airport on Christmas Day.

However, as we are still only in October and with Met Eireann remaining tight lipped on whether or not we will wake up to a white Christmas morning, it is currently odds on at 1/6 that snow fall will not be recorded at Dublin airport on Christmas Day.
Aoife Heffron of BoyleSports commented: “It may seem too early to think about snow, or Christmas for that matter, but as the temperatures drop rapidly and with everyone already reaching for their winter woollies, punters have begun to place their bets on a White Christmas.”
She added: “The current 7/2 for snowfall on Christmas Day will not last long should the money keep coming in and we suspect there may be a price cut by the end of the week.”
Here’s how Dublin looked back in that memorable winter of 2010.
