Dublin People 09 Jan 2015

Å KODA is looking forward to a great new year after record sales in Ireland in 2014.

The company delivered 6,310 vehicles to Irish customers last year, an increase of 27 per cent on the same period last year when 4,950 vehicles were delivered.

The previous record set for Å koda in Ireland was in 2007 with 6,280 vehicles registered.
Sales records are also reflected globally with the brand achieving the one million vehicle milestone for the very first time having also just recorded the best November in their corporate history.

The results come on the back of Å koda Ireland’s investment strategy which has seen the addition of three new dealerships to the network over the last 12 months, bringing the national dealer network to 26.

John Donegan, brand director, Å koda Ireland, said:

“Over the last 21 years Irish people have really bought into the value proposition that the Å koda brand represents.

“The brand’s success can be attributed to our great network of dealers and more recently to the backing of our finance partners that can provide us with great packages like the current 0 per cent PCP offer on Octavia.

To celebrate the landmark achievement at home and globally, Å koda has launched 0 per cent PCP finance for the bestselling Octavia model.

Offered over three years and inclusive of routine servicing, this offer makes the Octavia very affordable with monthly repayments from
