SEEING as we’ve all made it to the middle of the week (well done all!) and we’re heading into another bank holiday weekend, we thought you’d enjoy a flashback to some of our favourite TV ads from the 60s, 70s and 80s.

The IFI Irish Film Archive, supported by a grant from the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland’s Sound and Vision Archiving scheme, has catalogued, digitised, restored and preserved a large collection of 35mm film television advertisements.
