These beautiful Roses are as bold as Brass

ROSE of Tralee Maria Walsh and Dublin Rose Roisin Lyons (pictured above) were guests of honour at the opening at the BrassBar & Grill in the Stillorgan Park Hotel last week.

The restaurant is rapidly making a name for itself as the place to be as it generates lots of locol interest.

Guests were treated to a sample selection from the new and enhanced menu that was received with glowing recommendations, complimented with a selection of fine wines.

The entertainment didn’t disappoint either with Magician Andy James mesmerising guests with his mind blowing tricks, while the soothing sounds of Roy Taylor created a great atmosphere.

It was the perfect opportunity to launch Brass Bar & Grill, said Daragh O’Neill, hotel General Manager.

“We have been looking forward to getting this project completed and the doors open to our fabulous new Bar & Grill,

? he said.

“More importantly we are delighted with the feedback we are receiving.

Brass Bar & Grill is open daily from 10.30am (12 noon Sunday) to 10pm nightly, with brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
