Dun Laoghaire urged to have its say on future plan

ANYONE living and working in Dun Laoghaire Rathdown and with an interest in influencing and shaping its development is being invited to help shape its future.

Cllr Victor Boyhan (Ind) said the council, its executive and planners were keen to hear the views of the public on every aspect of its draft County Development Plan that was unveiled recently.
“This plan will shape the future development of the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown area from 2016 to 2022,
? Cllr Boyhan said.
“I would appeal to the citizens of the county to engage in this planning process and let your views and ideas be known to the council.
?
All submissions and ideas will be considered by the council.
The draft County Development Plan will remain on public display for a period of 10 weeks after it was unveiled on Monday, March 2.
The plan and maps can be viewed at the Planning Department at County Hall and at all libraries in the county. A number of public open days will be organised around the county and specific details will be advertised.
