Malahide carer wins award

A NORTHSIDE woman has been named Carer of the Month by her employer.

Ita McKitterick, from Malahide, won the Irish HomeCare award for the month of August.

A professional carer, Ita supports a number of clients, enabling them to remain living in their own homes and communities.

She received the accolade for her outstanding commitment to those in her care. According to colleagues and clients, Ita is extremely reliable and a pleasure to work with and her clients are always happy to see her.
