Happy Monday for Dun Laoghaire winners

IT WAS a very happy Monday in National Lottery offices last week for a large group from a Dun Laoghare company who arrived to pick up a cheque for a massive win.

The syndicate from BD Medical Pharmacare Company, who call themselves

‘The Fingers Crossed Lucky 14’, all took the time to collect their

?¬250,000 prize.

The gang of 11 from the 14-member syndicate including Brian Donnelly, Stephen McKenna, Graham Murphy, Denis Carroll, James Byrne, Ray Mooney, Jason Mooney, Michael Warren, Andrew Catchpole, Brian Downey, Gareth Kelly, Terry Murphy and Jason Kershaw were led by syndicate organiser Stephen McKenna as they were pictured after receiving their winning cheques.

The group won the prize in the Easter Millionaire Raffle draw, hosted by Marty Whelan, on Easter Monday, April 21.

Meanwhile, staff of a Spar store on the Nangor Road in Clondalkin were also celebrating recently after they sold a Daily Million winning ticket worth e1 million.

The lucky winner, a Clondalkin man, collected the prize at the end of April.
