Mother pleads for information on missing son

A NORTHSIDE woman has issued a heartfelt appeal for information in relation to the whereabouts of her missing son.

Mary Byrne, from Artane, issued the appeal as the search continues for her son who has been missing since December 25.
Paul Byrne, who turned 25 on New Year’s Eve, was last seen on Christmas Day at approximately 3am on Christmas Day on Sandy Lane in Rush.
He is described as being 5′ 5” in height, has blue eyes, is of thin build and has short light brown hair. When last seen he was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms, a black short jacket with the Ralph Lauren logo on the left side .
Ms Byrne told Northside People that her son, the youngest of her three children, is a lover of life and has many friends.
“He is very popular,
? she said.
“He loves the gym and is into keeping fit. He used to work in construction but now works as a kitchen porter in Campbell Catering. We are absolutely heartbroken.
“If anyone has any information at all we would be very grateful if they get in touch with the gardai immediately.
