Drama series in Storyland competition

A new four-part drama series about a wayward teenager
who suspects she may have been abducted as a child is part of an online drama
competition run by RTE.

The first episode of Cuckoo, written by Nikki Racklin
and Danann Breathnach, and produced by Zanzibar Films, has been submitted to
Storyland, which is now in its fourth year.

Storyland relies on viewers’ votes to decide which
drama series is recommissioned for subsequent episodes. After a total of four
online episodes, one series will emerge as the winner of Storyland 2012.

Voting takes place until 9pm on Sunday, February 19.
To vote, visit www.rte.ie/storyland and click on the

‘VOTE HERE’ icon. You will
be taken directly to Facebook and asked to log on to your own account. Once
logged in, you will see a list of all eight series. Click on

‘CUCKOO’ and your
vote will be submitted.
