THE
Irish Tae Kwon Mudo Academy (ITMA) performed brilliantly at the European Mudo
Open Championships in Paris, returning home with no less than 34 medals which
included a huge amount of top titles.

Master
John Beveridge, President of Irish Tae Kwon Mudo Academy, put together a black
belt team from various clubs around Dublin.
Jordan
Beveridge-Murphy, Sarah Kingston, Natasha Jackson, Dylan O’Brien, Leon
Beveridge-Connolly and Kayleigh O’Brien were among those selected from the
Northside to compete.
They
joined a team along with Carl Byrne, Mark Byrne, Holly Ward and Troy Hurley
from clubs on the Southside.
They
all trained outside of their own clubs in the Black Belt Class held for grading
and competition in St Catherine’s, Marrowbone Lane, Dublin 8.
Dublin
North East TD Terence Flanagan (FG) congratulated the team on their success.
“The
team’s training was no doubt intense but their efforts paid off and I would
like to congratulate them for their hard work and dedication,
? he said.
“Nothing
worthwhile comes with little effort and the huge effort by the Irish Tae Kwon
Mudo Academy has resulted in great success at a European level.
