As well as the brilliant projects from students, the RDS is also home this week to 50 amazing stands from partners including the Department of Education, Analog Devices, Amgen, Stripe, and RTÉ.

Speaking ahead of this evening’s ceremony, Mari Cahalane, Head of the BTYSTE said: ‘The standard of entries this year was truly exceptional, and I don’t envy the judges choosing one winner from them all!

“Every project on display is a true testament to how bright the future of STEM is in Ireland, and that the exhibition is one of the leading events not just for schools, but for the wider industry in Europe.

“The students participating should be so proud of getting this far in the competition, and hope they get the chance to celebrate their achievements with new friends that they’ve made here this evening”.
