Ireland’s only dedicated Children’s Ambulance Service is calling on communities, workplaces, coffee shops and schools to host a simple fundraiser with a powerful impact: have a cuppa and raise vital funds to support free child-friendly transportation for children travelling to healthcare appointments.

From coffee mornings and bake sales to tea parties and raffles, Brew for BUMBLEance is an easy and meaningful way to make a difference.

Participants receive a free fundraising pack with branded materials, plus a personalised fundraising page to collect donations, track impact and update supporters.

BUMBLEance is Ireland’s only dedicated Children’s Ambulance Service.

The charity makes a difference by empowering the thousands of families unable to access their child’s healthcare by providing journeys in a safe, caring, and fun environment, completely free of charge.

Last year, Brew for BUMBLEance raised over €35,000, with almost 40 coffee shops, corporates and community groups taking part.

Thanks to that support, BUMBLEance delivered 2,122 vital healthcare journeys for children across Ireland.

However, demand continues to grow.

CEO of BUMBLEance, Brian Conlan, said, “Last year, despite fulfilling over 2,000 trips to healthcare appointments, we experienced a 27% rise in incomplete trip requests due to increasing demand and limited resources.

“Campaigns like Brew for BUMBLEance are essential to ensuring we can continue to grow our free national service and reach every child who needs us.”
