The Aer Lingus industrial action is threatening to prevent many Taylor Swift fans from travelling to Dublin for her shows.

Given that over 244 flights have been cancelled by Aer Lingus due to the industrial action by the pilots this week this is a possibility, and many Swifties are furious and heartbroken.

Taylor Swift plays three nights at the Aviva Stadium this week on June 28, 29 and 30 and some fans have taken to social media to express their concerns.

Outfits have been planned and, in some cases, made.

Money was saved and additional plans in the city were made.

Now the whole weekend for thousands of fans heading into Dublin could be in chaos.

It is hoped that other airlines will be able to step in and put on additional flights to save the weekend.

Tickets for the singer’s Era Tour shows were practically impossible to get for the whole tour.

Last December, Ticketmaster in the US was sued by Taylor Swift fans for their handling of this tours ticket sales.

If you were booked on an Aer Lingus flight this week, please refer to communication from Aer Lingus and the link https://www.aerlingus.com/support/disrupted-flights/ialpa-industrial-action/ in relation to cancellations and options for rebooking your travel.
