A large family syndicate from Dublin got their Bank Holiday weekend off to an incredible start after they claimed a truly life-changing Lotto jackpot prize worth €3,519,138 at National Lottery offices in Dublin city centre last Friday.

The delighted family, who wish to keep their win private, won the €3.5 million Lotto jackpot prize on Saturday 21st January with a ticket they purchased at the Mace store in Kilbarrack shopping centre in Dublin 5.

Spending plans are now under way for the large Dublin clan who are mostly going to pay off bills and mortgages with their winnings.

However, the kind-hearted group have already discussed how they plan to share their prize even further with other family members as well as plans to make donations to charity groups which are close to their heart.

Meanwhile, another Dublin man was celebrating at Lotto HQ on Friday after he won the €300,000 top prize on the €15 All Cash Gift scratch card.

The Dubliner who also wishes to remain anonymous purchased his ticket at the Day Today News store on Main Street in Rush in north Co. Dublin. ]
