Man charged in relation to death of a man in Markievicz House

Gardai say the man in his 40s arrested in relation to the death of a male at a property in Markievicz House on Monday 29th March has been charged.

He is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice this morning, Wednesday 31st March 2021 at 10:30am.

The female in her 30s arrested has been released without charge.

A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
