Gardaí charge one man in relation to fatal Finglas assault

Gardaí have charged one man (aged in his 30s) who was arrested on Friday, Janury 13 in relation to the fatal assault of a man that occurred at a domestic residence in Collins Place, Finglas, Dublin 11.

The man is due to appear before Blanchardstown District Court tomorrow morning, Monday January 16 at 10.30am.

The second man (aged in his 30s) who was arrested in relation to this investigation has been released without charge.

A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Investigations are ongoing.
