Dublin lets make every kilometre count this February!

LauraLynn, Ireland’s only Children’s Hospice is calling on the people of Dublin to take part in their 150k Walking Challenge this February.

Whether you’re a daily walker or looking to up your steps as part of your new year’s resolution, there’s something for everyone in this challenge.

LauraLynn currently provides care and supports to more than 460 families and children nationwide with life-limiting conditions.

Since opening in 2011 LauraLynn has provided care and supports to 434 families in the Leinster region.

Currently in the Dublin region LauraLynn are providing care and supports to 170 families.

Speaking about the 150k challenge Cathy White, Community Fundraising Executive at LauraLynn said: “We are delighted to kick of 2023 with our 150k in February challenge.

“We are calling on the people across Dublin to join thousands of others from all over Ireland who have committed to walking every day while raising vital funds for LauraLynn.

“It’s a challenge that anyone can do, there’s no time limits and you can clock up your kilometres in a way that works for you”
