Fired Up Pizza celebrates 5 years of sizzling success with new Cornelscourt opening & €5 Pizza Party
Dublin People 14 May 2025
One of Dublin’s fastest-growing pizza brands, Fired Up Pizza, is celebrating two major milestones this month: the grand opening of its newest location in Cornelscourt and the fifth birthday of its very first venue in Goatstown.

To mark the occasion, Fired Up Pizza will be offering a selection of their signature wood-fired pizzas for just €5, available in-store across all four venues for one day only, Thursday 15th May until stocks last.
The new Cornelscourt restaurant, located at Bray Road, Cornelscourt in Dublin 18, officially opened its doors on May 9th and brings the brand’s now-iconic blend of Italian Neapolitan style dough, and all Irish, locally sourced produce to Dublin 18.
With its modern casual vibe and commitment to speedy service without compromising quality, the new location is set to be a hit with locals and commuters alike.
Fired Up first lit its ovens in Goatstown in 2020, when the country of Ireland was on its knees, at the start of the pandemic.
Launched by Bill Chawke & a passionate local team with a vision of elevating Dublin’s pizza scene, but also with a mission of bringing many of the temporarily laid off team members back to work.
You could say they were FIRED UP!
Since then, the brand has expanded to, Donnybrook, Rathfarnham, and now Cornelscourt, all while staying true to its core concept: take a true Italian classic and introduce it to the best produce Ireland has to offer.
The brand has also earned national recognition, recently being finalists for Regional Restaurant of the Year in the upcoming Deliveroo Awards 2025, a nod to their strong customer following and delivery reputation.
