Two men arrested after €1.4 million of cannabis seized in North Dublin

On Thursday, as part of an intelligence-led operation involving the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau (GNDOCB), Ballymun Drug Unit and Revenue Customs Service, Officers from Revenue Customs Services seized 73 kgs of suspected herbal cannabis, with an estimated value of €1,460,000 in North Dublin.
Two males, aged in their 30s and 40s, were arrested by An Garda Síochána and are currently detained under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 in a Garda Station in North Dublin.
