DCUfm gearing up for 12-hour charity broadcast

DCU’s Media Production Society are gearing up for their 14th annual DCUfm 12-Hour broadcast.

Taking place on Thursday, March 28th, the marathon broadcast is in aid of Aware, one of Ireland’s leading mental health charities.

The 12-hour broadcast comprises a variety of solely student-made content which is broadcast live from the DCU Campus and is maintained, run and promoted uninterrupted for the duration of the 12 hours.

The content looks to drive as many donations as possible from members of the public, raise awareness for the work that Aware does, destigmatising mental health issues and showcasing the talents of DCU students.

The DCUfm 12-Hour Broadcast in aid of Aware runs from 9am until 9pm on Thursday the 28th of March.
